THE VISTA PALACE
ROQUEBRUNE CAP MARTIN
The Vista Palace site offers exceptional landscape designing possibilities, both for its plants and for its headland position on the Mediterranean sea. This project aims to support the integration of the future building, while conserving the natural and endemic aspect of the place. Strengthening of the Mediterranean vegetation, creation of a cypress garden, planting of trees (Aleppo pine, Holm oak, Cork oak), fruit trees (Citrus, Olive trees, Arbutus, Pomegranate trees, Carob trees), renovation of the stone walls, creation of a forgotten herbs and vegetables garden, creation of a children’s playground… This environmentally performing project received the BREEAM certification (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment) and is expected to be completed in 2018.
