This ambitious project reflects the Principality’s great dynamism. It heralds a time when living space becomes more and more confined and includes ecology, as well as a reflection on sustainability and on the respect of Mediterranean identity. Hanging gardens, plant covers and the application of energy and landscape performance rules contributed to getting the BREEAM certification (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment).
